In 2015 Roadbridge UK were awarded the groundworks for the first phase of the new Langley Court Development Project in Beckenham, London. The overall project is to develop 179 homes, a medical surgery and Sports Academy. Tracey Concrete won the supply of the drainage materialsPerfect Bases, Watertight Manholes & Catchpits.
The Perfect Base was a great time saver onsite as no onsite benching was required. Combined with Tracey’s watertight manhole system no concrete surround was required. Each manhole was installed in a fraction of the time compared to standard manhole rings.
