Tracey Concrete manufactures precast house inspection chambers to suit building regulations Part H and the Irish Water code of practice ROI only. These chambers are designed to Irish Water specifications therefore meaning a quick sign-off period. As a precast concrete chamber, they save time as they can be installed fast compared to traditional shuttering.
