Flow Control Chambers

Tracey Concrete has designed a storm attenuation management flow control precast concrete manhole, for stormwater events at different peak levels, such as 1 in 20, 1 in 30 and 1 in 50-year storm events and suitable for any infrastructure, residential and commercial application.  

Flow Control Chambers are fitted with a vortex flow control device to regulate the flow of stormwater in a drainage system preventing downstream flooding during periods of heavy rainfall.

Tracey Concrete can manufacture complete custom design flow control chambers to suit any network such as vortex flow control devices, weir walls & orifice plates. (Flow Control and orifice devices sold separately)
