In March 2017, Jaguar Land Rover revealed a £200 million development scheme for a new headquarters located in Graydon, Warwickshire. Bennetts Associates designed the development through intensive research and assigned Laing O’Rourke as their construction partner. The development will bring new offices and design centres for both Jaguar and Land Rover. The site is intended to become one of the world’s leading automotive product, engineering and design sites which fits the company’s ambitious plans for sustained global growth. 

This recent development presents the first major construction project at one of the non-manufacturing sites in over a decade. Tracey Concrete were selected to supply the Perfect Base™ Drainage System for the development.
