Over the 13th, 14th and 15th October this year Enniskillen Gaels GAA Club will be hosting a series of fundraising events to support the development of new club facilities.
The main event (in which Mark will be participating) will be Quid Games whereby 50 contestants will compete in simple games. Each contestant has to raise money to progress through the races. This will be the biggest event Enniskillen Gael has ever run at our County Ground here in Fermanagh and all monies raised from the event will be ringfenced for future development whereby thousands of children and adults over the years to come will reap the benefits.
The development project includes a second full-size pitch, redevelopment of the small training pitch at the Club, as well as a new club house, a gym and a sports hall. All of these items cost significant amounts of money and many in the Club are working tirelessly to complete this development as soon as possible, with redevelopment of the small pitch having commenced already.
