In 2015 Buxted Construction started groundworks for a 3000 home project in Shinfield, Reading. The Project involved a consortium of developers including Bloor Homes, Bovis Homes & Linden Homes. Due to the projects scale tight time scales are essential for competition deadlines.
Tracey Concrete’s New Perfect Base & Watertight manhole Ring system was the perfect fit due to its time saving and cost efficiency compared to standard rings systems.
Installation times of the drainage onsite were halved by using the Perfect Base & Watertight Manhole System. Over the whole project Tracey Concrete supplied Spigot & Socket Pipes, Perfect Bases, Watertight Manhole Rings, Cover slabs, Gullies and Headwalls.
